Al Ruh 配方
製作一壺我們的阿拉伯咖啡出奇簡單。 首先在傳統的阿拉伯咖啡壺(dallah) 或小鍋中將1 公升的水燒開。 煮沸後,加入 60 克 我們預先混合的咖啡 (含荳蔻) 並煮3-5 分鐘 ,讓香味充分釋放。 觀察上層的泡沫 (crema) 上升,然後離火靜置 5 分鐘 ,以獲得真正美味的咖啡。 請記住,每個阿聯酋家庭都有自己家傳配方。

While the essence of Arabic coffee, or Gahwa, remains a unifying thread across the region, subtle variations in preparation and flavour exist. Saudi Gahwa tends to be lighter in body and roast compared to its Emirati counterpart. This difference reflects in the final cup, with Saudi coffee offering a brighter, more delicate flavour and texture.
We use only the finest, 100% Arabica coffee beans, expertly blended to unlock their rich, smooth flavour. A touch of cardamom, added in our perfect secret ratio, awakens the unique character of Arabic coffee, creating a truly authentic and unforgettable experience in every cup.

Al Ruh Recipe
Brewing a pot of our Emirati coffee is surprisingly simple. Start by bringing 1 liter of water to a gentle boil in a traditional dallah or a small pot. Once boiling, add 60g of our pre-blended coffee (with cardamom) and simmer for 3-5 minutes, allowing the rich flavours to develop. Watch for the crema to rise, then remove from heat and allow it to settle for another 5 minutes for a truly exquisite cup. Remember, every Emirati family has their own cherished way of brewing Gahwa – sharing ours is simply our way of welcoming you into our coffee family.
